MEET silvia
I’m Silvia, a certified coach and licensed public accountant.
A few years ago, my life looked fine from the outside, but internally my mind was driving me crazy. I was always thinking, worrying, planning… and I rarely felt truly at peace.
Over time, I began to realize that I was not my thoughts. I was the awareness observing them. And that shift completely transformed the way I perceived my life.
Instead of living completely on autopilot, I began to develop more awareness, clarity, and connection with myself.
Today, I live from a much calmer and more connected place, creating a life that feels more aligned with who I truly am.
This journey was not always easy. It required me to look deeply within, question patterns that kept me stuck in overthinking and mental exhaustion, and move through uncomfortable emotions. But it completely changed the way I experience life.
Now, I support women who feel mentally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or trapped in repeating patterns.
Through coaching, I help them declutter the mental noise, understand themselves more deeply, and reconnect with themselves in a more calm, clear, and grounded way.

Private 1:1 sessions
I offer individual online sessions through Zoom.
This is a space where you can slow down, speak freely about what you are experiencing, and begin to understand yourself with more clarity.
Many women arrive feeling mentally exhausted, confused, disconnected from themselves, trapped in repeating patterns, or experiencing emotions they struggle to understand or put into words.
Through reflective questions, deep listening, and different coaching tools, we begin to understand what may be keeping you stuck in overthinking, the same reactions, or emotional exhaustion.
The goal is not only to understand what is happening to you, but to help you feel more calm, clear, and connected with yourself in your daily life, creating space to begin building the life you truly want.

How I work
My approach is grounded in coaching, while also integrating tools and perspectives that support deeper awareness and connection between mind, body, and emotions, including somatic coaching, mindfulness, parts work, and intuitive guidance.
I create a space where you can speak freely about what you are experiencing, while I listen carefully, reflect patterns back to you, and guide your awareness through thoughtful questions.
The goal is to help you understand what may be keeping you stuck in the same reactions, mental overwhelm, or repeating patterns, so you can begin to feel more calm, clear, and connected to yourself in your daily life.
I do not tell you what to do or give you ready-made answers.
I support you in understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with yourself in a more calm, clear, and grounded way, and finding answers that genuinely feel aligned with you.

Because many times, understanding what’s happening to you is not enough.
Many women come to my sessions feeling like they have already done therapy, coaching, or a lot of inner work, yet still find themselves stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, self-pressure, or the same repeating patterns.

My role is not to tell you what to do or give you quick answers.
It’s to create a space where you can feel truly heard, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to see patterns and automatic ways of reacting that may be creating emotional exhaustion, confusion, or disconnection from yourself.
Through deep questions, reflection, and a very present kind of listening, you begin responding differently in your daily life, with more clarity, calm, and connection with yourself.
Many of my clients tell me that after our sessions they feel calmer, more grounded, and more capable of making decisions aligned with what they truly feel and need.
How it works
We begin with a free 45-minute Discovery Call to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
If you choose to continue, sessions are held online via Zoom and last up to 50 minutes.
Each session is guided by what feels most important and relevant for you in that moment.
The investment per session is 100 USD.
