At some point, I realized I was not my thoughts. I was the awareness observing them, and that shift changed everything.
Instead of living on autopilot, I began to meet my inner world with greater consciousness and clarity.
Today, I live from a quieter and more grounded place, creating a life that feels aligned and true.

This is a calm and grounded space where you can slow down and explore what’s happening inside you.

Through thoughtful questions and deep listening, we gently uncover patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with greater awareness.

The structure I use is coaching.
It is a space where you speak freely, and I listen carefully, reflecting your thoughts back to you and guiding your awareness through thoughtful questions.
When helpful, I offer gentle reflections or intuitive insights, helping you notice your patterns, question limiting beliefs, and reconnect with compassion toward yourself.
I do not tell you what to do. I support you in finding your own answers.
I move naturally between structured coaching and intuitive guidance, always in service of your clarity and autonomy.

How it works
We begin with a free 45-minute Discovery Call to see if working together feels aligned.
If you choose to continue, sessions are held online via Zoom and last up to 50 minutes.
Each session is focused on what feels most important in that moment. The investment per session is 100 USD.
