1. How do I know if this is right for me?

If something inside you feels curious or called, that’s worth paying attention to.
If you’re unsure, I offer a free 45-minute Discovery Call so we can explore whether this feels aligned for you.

2. How many sessions do I need?

It depends on what you want to work on and where you are in your journey.
Some women are just beginning. Others have already done deep inner work.
What matters most is not the number of sessions, but your openness and commitment to your process.

3. What kind of topics can I bring?

Anything you are ready to explore.
It may relate to your past, your present circumstances, or something you want to change or create moving forward.
Each session is a space for clarity, awareness, and deeper self-connection.

4. What if I can’t find a time that works?

My schedule honors both my work and my family life.
If you feel strongly aligned with working together and don’t see availability that works, reach out. If possible, I may open an additional time.

5. Are notes taken during the session?

Yes. I take notes to support your process.
Everything you share is treated with strict confidentiality and care.

6. Can I record the session?

Yes, for personal use.
Please let me know at the beginning so we are both in agreement.

7. What happens if I’m late?

I will wait up to 10 minutes. After that, the session is considered missed and non-refundable.
Sessions always end at the scheduled time.

8. What if I miss the Discovery Call?

You may reschedule once.
After a second no-show, I won’t be able to offer another free call. You are still welcome to book a paid session.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Genuine emergencies are treated with compassion and may be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the session.
Last-minute cancellations without a valid reason are non-refundable.

10. What if you need to reschedule?

If I need to reschedule, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new time or a full refund (for paid sessions).

11. How do I cancel or reschedule?

Use the link in your booking confirmation email.

12. What language are sessions held in?

English or Spanish.

13. How do I pay?

After the Discovery Call, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link (USD).
Once payment is completed, you will receive the scheduling link.
